RECC is an ongoing project by the Center for Genomic Gastronomy that was started in 2016.
Chapters of the Rare Endophyte Collectors Club have been formed in Dublin, Ireland; Madrid, Spain; Bangalore, India and upcoming work will be done in Oakland, USA summer 2017. If you would like to know more or start your own chapter of the Endophyte Club please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
All of the instructions on this site are open to share, build on, and add to. You don't have to launch an Endophyte Club chapter to replicate any of these experiments, but if you'd like to, we'd love to make a newsletter with you.
THE CENTER FOR GENOMIC GASTRONOMY
The Center for Genomic Gastronomy is an artist-led think tank that examines the biotechnologies and biodiversity of human food systems. The Center's mission is to map food controversies, prototype alternative culinary futures, and imagine a more just, biodiverse & beautiful food system. Founded in 2010, the Center presents its research through public lectures, research publications, meals and exhibitions.
